Job summary

KeystoneCare seeks a Healthcare Account Executive – Palliative & Hospice Services to expand access to compassionate, high-quality care in our community. You will build partnerships with hospitals, physician practices, long-term care facilities and other healthcare organizations to drive timely referrals and patient-focused services.

Ideal candidates bring healthcare sales experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Healthcare sales experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under pressure to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Promotes KeystoneCare services to new and existing clients and expands business reach through networking.
• Meets and exceeds territory growth targets.
• Travel independently to meetings with referral sources and the public.
• Develops clinical knowledge to support marketing activities and services.
• Manages existing accounts to deepen partnerships.
• Coordinates post-acute discharge planning for seamless transitions.
• Provides updates to management on activities and marketing plans.
• Communicates effectively with the healthcare community.
• Participates in community education and outreach events.
