Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field required.
• 3–5 years of medical office or hospital/managed care experience required.
• 2–3 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the office to ensure efficient workflows.
• Provide guidance and supervision to administrative staff.
• Serve as central point of contact for stakeholders and coordinate communications.
• Monitor office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Coordinate procurement, maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Assist in preparing and managing office budgets and expenses.
• Establish and maintain systems for record-keeping and filing.
