The position is 20 hours per week with a day shift. Bachelor’s in Nursing is required; Master’s preferred. MA RN license and 2–3 years in hospice/palliative care are expected, with strong clinical and EMR skills essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required; Master’s in Nursing is preferred.
• MA RN license is required.
• Nursing experience in hospice/palliative care is preferred (2–3 years).

Responsibilities

• Organize, develop, plan, implement, and evaluate Palliative & Supportive Care Program goals and procedures.
• Provide high-quality direct patient care and education to departmental patients in any setting.
• Perform history and physical exams and discuss findings with NP Manager and physician as needed.
• Collaborate with NP manager and physician to enhance continuity of care.
• Oversee and assure completion of specialized procedures in agreement with collaborating physician.
