Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing and NM NP license; AANC or AANP certification required.
• Certified Physician Assistant with NM Board license; 2 years' clinical experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with colleagues to manage patients in outpatient settings.
• Provides symptom management to improve quality of life for life-limiting illness.
• Builds relationships with referring physicians and care teams.
• Works with interdisciplinary team to support patients and families.
• Supports both Palliative and Hospice care goals.

Education

Masters degree in Nursing

New Mexico Nurse Practitioner license

AANC or AANP certification

Certified Physician Assistant

New Mexico Board of Medical Examiners license
