AlignMed in Albuquerque, NM seeks a full-time Palliative Care Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for a flexible float position. The role encompasses primary and urgent care services, emphasizing pain management and psychosocial support for nursing center residents.

The base salary ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by a no-cap incentive bonus program and comprehensive benefits, including health, vision, and relocation bonuses.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program.
• Licensed as a registered nurse, certified as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with the adult or geriatric population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with the primary care team for palliative care services.
• Utilize evidence-based practice for patient care management.
