University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support 10-12 faculty members and provide executive-level assistance to the Section Head of Palliative Care and the HPM Fellowship Director.

The role reports to the Administrative Manager and operates under the Fellowship Manager, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm schedule, onsite at a designated campus location.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience providing administrative support to professional and/or executive level employees.
• Experience in academic or healthcare settings is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides project management for the director of palliative care.
• Manages schedules for providers, wards, consult services and clinics including Outreach clinics.
• Collects, analyzes, and prepares communications from established sources using various media.
• Serves as initial contact point and routes complex inquiries as needed.
• Schedules logistics for meetings, conferences, travel, and unit operations.
• Maintains records per policies and procedures (electronic/physical).
• Distributes communications to appropriate entities under general supervision.
