Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking dedicated individuals for our warehouse team as Pallet Sorters. This role keeps operations running smoothly and safely, with hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

You'll sort pallets by manufacturer and quality, assess repair needs, meet production goals, and follow safety protocols to support PTZ goals. Training provided for forklift certification and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
