Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Virginia to sort pallets by manufacturer, inspect quality, and support production goals in a fast-paced facility.

You will follow safety protocols, learn to operate pallets equipment with training provided, and contribute to a team that values safety and collaboration while enjoying comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Production-based warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.

• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.

What You'll Do

• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
