Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Town of Marcy, NY is hiring Pallet Sorters for our warehouse. You will sort pallets by manufacturer, quality and grade, identify repair needs, and help meet production goals while upholding safety standards.

Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus with training provided. Must lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks. We offer great benefits and a supportive, family‑oriented team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve PTZ goals.
• Support the team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Shift Details: Saturday - Monday, 5 am - 5:30 pm

Pay: $18/hour

What You’ll Do

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring

• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
