Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a team-oriented worker for a Saturday-Monday shift, with 5 am–5:30 pm hours. The role involves sorting pallets, inspecting quality, and meeting production targets while following safety protocols.

Training for forklift use is provided, and benefits include medical, dental/vision, PTO, holidays, 401k/ESOP, and tuition reimbursement. Prior pallet-handling or warehouse experience is a plus, with a High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our PTZ goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with pallet jacks
• forklift experience is a plus (training provided)
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
