Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a warehouse associate to sort pallets by manufacturer, grade and quality. You will inspect pallets, identify repair needs, and help meet production goals while maintaining safety standards.

Familiarity with pallet jacks and forklift experience are a plus. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and training is provided for forklift operation. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and material handling equipment preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.

Shift Details: Saturday-Monday, 6 am - 6:30 pm Pay: $18.00/hour

What You'll Do

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
