Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as Pallet Sorters, working Tuesday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The role offers a pay rate of $18/hour with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, 401k & ESOP, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement and more.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
