Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking hard-working Pallet Sorters to join our warehouse team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You will sort pallets by manufacturer, inspect for quality, and help meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols.

Applicants should be comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs, using pallet jacks, and performing repetitive tasks. Forklift experience is a plus and training is provided; a High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace (“Clean as You Go”).
• May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided).
