Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking hard-working individuals to join our Ohio warehouse team as Pallet Sorters. You will sort pallets by manufacturer and quality, identify repairs, and meet production goals while upholding safety standards.

Familiarity with pallet jacks and forklift is a plus, with training provided. You must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and thrive in a production-based environment. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred. We offer great benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
