Sysco Corp. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform general warehouse duties including loading, unloading, receiving, put-away, and picks. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, follow PWMs, and ensure product integrity in freezer, cooler, and dry environments.

Responsibilities include selecting, labeling, staging, recording in the WMS, and reporting shortages or damage. A strong safety mindset and ability to work with supervision are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a functional capacity test.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Must follow safety rules and PWMs in processing warehouse tasks.
• Certification on material handling equipment or ability to obtain it.

Responsabilités

• Follow directed selection path, pick product, label, and stage for shipment.
• Stack pallets with heavy items bottom, light items top to prevent damage.
• Secure pallets with shrink wrap per PWMs for delivery.
• Record item information into the warehouse system as required.
• Inspect products for shortages or damage and report issues.
• Operate MHE (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and perform daily checks.
• Maintain neat work areas and accurate warehouse locations.
• Comply with all safety rules to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Keep equipment and PPE in good condition and report needs.
