Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst to support Palantir deployments onsite in Washington, DC. You will train and mentor users, troubleshoot issues, and work with client implementation teams to ensure successful adoption across the user base.

The role requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility, 2+ years in defense/military environments, and hands-on Palantir Foundry experience.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
2+ years of experience supporting operational users in field service, intelligence, analytics, or mission-support roles within defense or military environments.
Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Maven Smart System, esp. Foundry Workshop and Ontology Manager.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain Palantir systems on-site.
Test, troubleshoot, and fix system issues.
Train users on operating and maintaining hardware and software.
Respond to and resolve technical problems quickly.
Log activities, issues, and fixes; support system upgrades and changes.
Collaborate with military teams to ensure adoption and feedback to improve the system.
