As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will support client Palantir deployments, train users, and help ensure successful adoption by collaborating with on-site and remote teams. This role is on-site, requires active TS/SCI clearance eligibility, 3–10+ years in defense or military environments, and hands-on Palantir Foundry experience.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 3–10+ years in field service, intelligence, analytics, or mission-support in defense/military.
• Hands-on Palantir Foundry experience, especially Foundry Workshop and Ontology Manager.
• Experience supporting customer-facing deployments in high-tempo environments.
• Strong cross-stakeholder communication across units and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up Palantir systems on-site and maintain them.
• Test, troubleshoot, and fix system issues.
• Train users to operate hardware and software.
• Coordinate with military teams to ensure adoption.
• Log activities, issues, and fixes; support upgrades.
