Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen in Charlotte, NC, seeks a senior technical leader to drive Palantir Foundry deployments and set architectural direction. You will ensure secure, scalable solutions across multiple projects and coach engineers to raise overall capability.

With 5+ years in enterprise applications and a Bachelor's degree, you will lead design reviews, establish engineering standards, and collaborate with product owners to align delivery with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise software
• Experience delivering technical direction for complex engineering efforts
• Experience reviewing designs, mentoring engineers, and improving engineering practices
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred
• Agentic development experience encouraged
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir applications, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Define implementation approaches, guide architecture decisions, and ensure secure, reliable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.
• Establish and promote reusable engineering patterns, coding practices, testing expectations, and documentation standards across projects.
• Guide Foundry usage: Workshop, Ontology, Pipeline Builder, Functions, Actions, Code Repositories, security/access management, lineage, deployment patterns.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers, review work, and promote consistent engineering practices.
• Identify dependencies and cross-project impacts; align delivery with priorities with product owners and managers.
• Serve as escalation point for production issues; lead root-cause analysis and durable fixes.
• Communicate options, risks, and tradeoffs to business and tech stakeholders clearly.
