Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a senior technology lead to drive Palantir Foundry initiatives across projects in Madison, WI. You will shape architecture, set engineering standards, and mentor engineers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions aligned with client needs.

You’ll collaborate with product owners and other technologists to plan deployments, enforce security, and improve operational readiness while guiding teams through complex design decisions.

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant experience required. 8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience developing enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, or platform-based solutions preferred.
• Experience providing technical direction for complex application engineering efforts preferred.
• Experience reviewing technical designs, mentoring engineers, and improving engineering practices preferred.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Agentic development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir Foundry applications, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Establish and promote reusable engineering patterns, coding practices, testing expectations, and documentation standards.
• Guide Foundry capabilities usage and ensure consistent deployment patterns.
• Review complex designs and code, identify technical risks, and ensure long-term support.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to engineers to raise team capability.
• Identify dependencies and cross-team impacts across projects and align with product owners and architects.
• Serve as technical escalation point for production issues and lead root-cause analysis.
• Communicate technical options, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to business users and senior leaders.
