Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen seeks an experienced technical leader to drive Palantir Foundry initiatives in our Wisconsin office. You will shape architecture, design reviews, and engineering standards while mentoring engineers and guiding multiple project teams.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience required; eight years preferred.
• Experience developing enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, or platform-based solutions preferred.
• Experience providing technical direction for complex application engineering efforts preferred.
• Experience reviewing technical designs, mentoring engineers, and improving engineering practices preferred.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Agentic development experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Travel: <10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir applications, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Establish and promote reusable engineering patterns, coding practices, testing expectations, and documentation standards.
• Guide Foundry capabilities usage and deployment patterns across teams.
• Review complex designs, identify risks, and ensure long-term supportability.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to engineers to improve practices.
• Plan cross-project dependencies and align delivery with priorities.
• Serve as escalation point for production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Communicate options, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders.
