Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking an experienced technical leader to guide Palantir Foundry solutions and cross‑functional engineering initiatives in Wisconsin. You will design complex workflows, ensure security and reliability, and drive best practices across multiple project teams.

The role emphasizes mentorship, architecture leadership, and collaboration with product owners and managers to deliver scalable platform solutions. 8+ years of relevant experience preferred. Travel <10% should be expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant experience required; 8 years preferred.
• Experience developing enterprise applications, workflows, or platform solutions.
• Experience providing technical direction for complex engineering efforts.
• Experience reviewing designs, mentoring engineers, and improving practices.
• Agentic development experience; Palantir Foundry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir applications, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Establish reusable engineering patterns, coding practices, testing expectations, and deployment models.
• Guide Foundry capabilities usage and ensure consistent application of patterns.
• Review complex designs and code, identify risks, and ensure long-term support.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to engineers.
• Plan cross-project dependencies and align with product owners and managers.
• Serve as escalation point for production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Communicate technical options, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders.
