Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Senior Solution Architect in Naples, FL to lead Palantir Foundry design and platform capabilities. You will guide engineering teams, establish standards, and mentor engineers to deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions.

Role requires 5+ years of relevant experience (8+ preferred), experience with Foundry, and a degree. This on-site position focuses on architecture, data integration, and cross-team delivery for complex workloads.

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant experience required.
• 8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience developing enterprise applications, workflows, or platform-based solutions preferred.
• Experience providing technical direction for complex engineering efforts preferred.
• Experience reviewing designs, mentoring engineers, and improving practices preferred.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Agentic development experience
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir applications, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Establish and promote reusable engineering patterns, coding practices, testing expectations, and documentation standards.
• Guide Foundry capabilities usage across project teams to ensure consistent deployment.
• Review complex designs and code, identify risks, and ensure long-term supportability.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and engineering practice improvement.
• Identify dependencies and cross-team impacts across projects and align with priorities.
• Serve as technical escalation point for complex production issues and root-cause analysis.
• Communicate options, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to business users and leaders.
