Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead Palantir Foundry initiatives in Los Angeles. You will design architectures, define implementation approaches, and ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions for complex enterprise workflows.

You will mentor engineers, establish engineering standards, review designs, and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align technical delivery with business goals. Travel is <10% and a strong background in data integration and VLM tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience required; 8 years preferred.
• Experience developing enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, or platform-based solutions.
• Experience providing technical direction for complex engineering efforts.
• Experience reviewing designs, mentoring engineers, and improving engineering practices.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Agentic development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for Palantir Foundry applications and platform capabilities.
• Establish and promote reusable engineering patterns, coding practices, and testing standards.
• Guide Foundry platform enablement and deployment patterns across teams.
• Review complex designs, identify risks, and ensure long-term supportability.
• Mentor engineers and raise overall engineering capability.
• Coordinate cross-project planning with product owners and architects.
• Provide technical escalation support and root-cause analysis.
• Communicate options, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
