Qualifications

• Experience with Palantir platforms, hands-on preferred.
• Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is highly preferred.
• Experience briefing high-level military stakeholders is highly preferred.
• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
• Embed with user groups to understand workflows.
• Proactively develop relationships with users and surface use case gaps.
• Build initial dashboard products and assist users with questions.
• Stay current on Palantir platform features and capabilities.
• Staff the Help Desk and coordinate with Palantir engineering to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide timely feedback to Palantir engineering about product.
• Communicate product or user issues to Palantir team.
