Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies across customer service, merchandising, inventory, finances and safety in a Sherwin-Williams paint store.

The role includes supervising and training store staff and contacting customers to generate sales leads. The position typically schedules 44 hours per week, with possible evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred: an associate degree or higher in business, sales, or marketing.

Responsabilités

• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service.
• Build knowledge of products to provide effective recommendations.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
