Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers find products.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and offering solutions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading trucks as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions.
