Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role supervising others.
• Minimum 1 year in retail, sales, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store employees.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build product knowledge to recommend effectively.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security policies.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and merchandising standards.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting as required.
• Manage employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action.
• Respond to and resolve customer and/or employee complaints.
• Partner with Sales Reps to make outside sales calls.
