Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally; able to retrieve material from shelves.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and presenting products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers and maintain accurate records.
• Process sales transactions following policies and procedures.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Stock shelves, pull products, tint and mix as needed, and maintain displays.
• Support deliveries and load/unload trucks when required.
• Maintain clean store and equipment; ensure in-stock areas are presentable.
• Follow inventory procedures and suggest improvements to drive sales.
