Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist for Store #1448 in Westfield, Indiana. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, determine needs, recommend products, and process sales transactions while upholding the store's high standards.

Starting pay is $17.05 per hour. You may lift up to 70 lbs, assist with deliveries and stocking, and help meet monthly and annual sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion.
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to wholesale and retail customers.
• Answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products and recommend solutions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and follow policies.
• Maintain store standards and product displays.
