Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Bastrop, LA is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers by assessing needs and recommending the right paint solutions. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding service while helping meet store sales goals and maintaining product quality.

You will handle in-store and phone inquiries, stock and present products, assist with deliveries as needed, and stay current on product features.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
