Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in York, ME is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail store and wholesale customers. You will determine customer needs, recommend products, process transactions, and help meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Responsibilities include stocking, tinting, loading deliveries, and delivering excellent service while staying current on product features. Bilingual abilities are a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed to order.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse; assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas; comply with inventory controls.
