Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking an energetic Customer Service Specialist to support our Milford, OH retail stores and work with wholesale and retail customers to determine needs, answer questions, and recommend products. This role emphasizes exceptional service, accuracy in transactions, and meeting sales goals across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, stocking displays, tinting and mixing products, and supporting deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and inventory.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed.
• Assist in deliveries, as needed; load/unload delivery trucks.
