Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. seeks a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail stores, assisting wholesale and retail customers, resolving concerns, and recommending product solutions.

Role spans in-store and phone interactions, with a focus on delivering outstanding service while meeting sales goals. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, tinting and mixing as needed, processing transactions, stocking, and supporting deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a meets expectations rating.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions per policies.
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse; tint and mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean equipment.
• Assist in loading/unloading deliveries and occasional deliveries.
