Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship presently or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation.
• Have a High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
• Experience selling paint and paint-related products is preferred.
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in more than one language (Spanish preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Clean store equipment.
• Assist in making deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
