Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist both wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend products. You will resolve issues, maintain store standards, and help achieve sales goals while handling deliveries and inquiries.

The role involves cash handling, stock maintenance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Language skills, reliability, and physical ability to lift are valued as part of a dynamic retail team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to retrieve material from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries.
