Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Cumberland is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend the right solutions. You will resolve concerns promptly and maintain product quality and store standards while achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must provide excellent customer service and meet store sales goals.
• Experience in retail or delivery or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and inventory records.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix as needed.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries when required.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and options; comply with inventory procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
