Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers. You will determine needs, recommend products, and resolve concerns to ensure client satisfaction while helping the store meet sales goals.

The role requires product knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a retail environment. Training and policy adherence are emphasized.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
If internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have a “meets expectations” (3) rating on your most recent performance appraisal.
If internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for your current position.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
