Responsibilities

Provide high levels of customer service and sales assistance.
Assist customers in person and by phone, determining needs and presenting products.
Stock shelves and set up displays; maintain product knowledge.
Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
Pull products from floor/warehouse; tint and mix per customer specs.
Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries when required.
Maintain in-stock, presentable areas and comply with inventory procedures.
Suggest improvements to sales and customer experience.
