Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience dealing directly with customers in a sales and service environment.
• Recent paint store/construction-related retail management experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English is required.
• Bilingual in addition to English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assigns job duties to team members and directs their work.
• Trains store team members on duties and customer service.
• Ranks team members' performance.
• Administers store safety program.
• Manages store part-time recruiting project.
• Reports policy violations and takes corrective measures.
• Maintains professional store appearance and product displays.
• Meets weekly with management to discuss operational issues.
• Performs banking operations.
• Maintains dress and appearance standards.
• Capable of performing all job classifications under supervision.
