You will lead maintenance strategies, troubleshooting, and capital projects while coordinating with maintenance, production, engineering, contractors and suppliers to meet safety, quality and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, automotive environment preferred, including PLC experience.
• Experience with SAP, CMMS or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Develops maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and availability.
• Leads troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities.
• Coordinates PMs, TPM, and contractor activities related to maintenance.
• Drives continuous improvement to achieve OEE targets and reduce MTTR.
• Leads capital projects and implements new technologies to support objectives.
