Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #707232 in Lone Tree, CO. The role involves assisting wholesale and retail customers, answering product questions, and recommending solutions to ensure satisfaction and sales targets are met.

Responsibilities include processing sales, stocking displays, tinting/mixing products, and supporting deliveries as needed. Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly;

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License and be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (70 lbs occasionally).
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience in delivery, retail, or customer service is preferred; knowledge of paint products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to in-store and telephone customers.
• Assist customers in selecting products and services and process sales transactions.
• Maintain product displays and stock levels; assist with deliveries as needed.
• Tint and mix paints to meet customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and keep work areas clean and organized.
