Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally 70 lbs.
• Willing to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees require at least a 'meets expectations' rating and completion of HR Cloud elearning.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine needs and recommend products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately following policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and stock/merchandise.
• Tint and mix products as needed to customer specs.
• Stock shelves and displays; load/unload delivery trucks as required.
• Assist with deliveries when needed.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and options available.
