Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Specialist for Store #707224 in Loveland, CO. You will assist customers, answer questions about paint and related products, and help meet store sales goals while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone, determine needs, and present products and services.
• Process transactions accurately and follow store policies.
• Maintain product displays, shelves, and store cleanliness.
• Stock and prepare products for tinting/mixing as needed.
• Support deliveries and inventory control as required.
• Stay informed on product features and promotions to improve sales.
