Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #1959 in New Albany, IN. You will assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and present paint and related products to meet goals.

Responsibilities include processing sales, stocking, tinting, and supporting deliveries while maintaining high store standards. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings/weekends as required.
• Performance rating of “meets expectations” if internal to Sherwin-Williams.
• Complete HR Cloud eLearning courses if internal to Sherwin-Williams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and present products and services.
• Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse; tint and mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks; assist in delivering when needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable areas; stay knowledgeable on products.
