Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Store #1233 in Marion, Indiana is seeking a Customer Service Specialist who will help customers select the right paint and supplies, answer questions, and drive store sales. You will handle transactions, stock shelves, tint and mix paints, and maintain high visual standards.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and over the phone, delivering friendly service to wholesale and retail customers, and supporting weekend/evening hours when required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers.
• Assist in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain store presentation and inventory.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist deliveries as needed.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and options.
