Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Portage, IN is seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist to help customers in-store and by phone, determine needs, and recommend products to meet those needs. You will support sales goals, maintain displays, and assist with deliveries as needed.

Responsibilities include tinting/mixing products, processing transactions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Willingness to work evenings/weekends and meet safety and company policies is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Assist in deliveries when needed.
