Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs routinely and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Aim to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; assist deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
