Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail stores. You will help wholesale and retail customers determine needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions to ensure client satisfaction and sales goals are met.

Responsibilities include handling in-store and phone inquiries, processing transactions, stocking displays, and assisting with deliveries as needed. The position requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with store policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and inventory accuracy.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
