Sherwin-Williams Co. in White Lake, MI is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions while ensuring high satisfaction and helping achieve store sales goals.

You will work at Store #1291, handle in-person and phone-assisted sales, tint/mix products, stock displays, process transactions, and stay informed on product features to drive service quality.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams rating of at least 'meets expectations' (3).
• Must complete HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction with sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and present products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse as needed.
• Tint and mix products per customer specs.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment and maintain presentable areas.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist deliveries when needed.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and discuss options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
