Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Seven years of skilled/journeyman-level painting experience, including two years in supervision.
• Valid Driver’s License and lead paint certification required.
• Knowledge of budget and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Direct painting and decorating of interiors and exteriors; supervise painters and maintain department records.
• Plan weekly team locations and van assignments; ensure teams have proper tools and equipment.
• Maintain tool inventories on each van and ensure safety practices are followed.
• Communicate with staff and leadership; train or assist teams as needed.
• Respond to after-hour emergencies and support other crews as required.
